1. Is your site secure?
We place great emphasis on ensuring that your personal and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected. Whenever you provide any order information, we use up to 256 bit SSL technology from Comodo to make sure that it is encrypted so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the internet. Upon purchase, all information is safely stored behind a firewall. We store this type of information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you make a purchase.

2. What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also take American Express Travellers Cheques, and Western Union MoneyGram. (Please email us for further instructions on how to use these forms of payment.) We also accept checks drawn on a US bank and US money orders.

3. How much does it cost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands?
There are no extra charges involved, just our regular domestic shipping and handling rates.

4. When will I receive my order?
US customers should receive their order between 3-8 business days. International customers should receive their order between approximately 7-14 business days (depending on the speed of customs and your country's postal service). If you are in Australia or New Zealand please use your physical address not a PO Box for your shipping address.

5. How will my customer information be used?
We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any 3rd party. It is used for billing and shipping purposes only.

6. Is an item that I've ordered ever out of stock?
In rare circumstances, an item that has been ordered is out of stock. If this is the case, you would be notified that we are out of stock and if we receive the item within 14 days we will send it out to you unless you cancel the order before that time.
