If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, or exchange. The merchandise must be returned unwashed & unworn in new condition with all tags on.Exchange & Return Procedure
Refunds or exchanges can only be made within 30 days. Send your package with a letter stating whether you want a refund or an exchange. If an exchange is needed please state exactly what you want. Please include the name and address which was on the original order. Also include a telephone number you can be reached at.

Returns : If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will reimburse you for the total cost of the item(s).
Exchanges : If you are exchanging merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Your replacement item will also be charged shipping as well.
Incorrect / Defective Orders : If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect or defective merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us ($5.99 Domestic & $19.99 International per item maximum reimbursement), and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.Credits to your Charge Card
A Credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
